Returns / Exchanges

We generally do not offer returns or exchanges for hygiene and product-safety reasons. However, we support genuine issues in the cases below.

Eligible Cases (Exceptions)

We will assist with a replacement or refund if:

  • You received a damaged product, or

  • You received a wrong / missing item

Unboxing Video (Recommended)

To help us resolve issues faster, we strongly recommend recording a clear 360 degree unboxing video (one continuous shot, no cuts/edits) while opening the package.

Note: A video helps quick approval, but if you don’t have it, you can still share clear photos and details and we’ll review case-by-case.

Reporting Timeline

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Photos/videos of the product + packaging
